Bookings are subject to the separate Salora Wellness Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

If you cancel an advance booking, Salora Wellness may apply a reasonable cancellation charge where permitted under applicable consumer legislation.

The amount may depend on factors such as:

  • how much notice was given;

  • the nature of the event; and

  • whether your place can reasonably be filled by another attendee.

If Salora Wellness cancels an event, the options available to ticket holders will be communicated in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The Consumer Protection Act establishes consumer protections relating to transactions and advance bookings and prohibits unfair business practices.

7. Ticket Transfers

Where permitted, you may transfer your event ticket to another person if you can no longer attend.

Please notify Salora Wellness in advance at:

breathe@salorawellness.com

You may be required to provide the new attendee's name and contact details.

Certain retreats, programmes or personalised services may not be transferable. Any such restriction will be made clear before booking.

8. Changes to Events

Salora Wellness may occasionally need to make reasonable changes to an event or retreat because of circumstances outside our control or operational requirements.

Changes may include:

  • event times;

  • venue;

  • scheduling.

We will endeavour to communicate material changes to affected attendees as soon as reasonably possible.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Weather and Outdoor Events

Some Salora Wellness experiences may take place outdoors.

Weather or other circumstances may require us to:

  • change the programme;

  • move the event to another location;

  • move activities indoors;

  • adjust event times; or

  • reschedule the event.

Where an event cannot reasonably proceed, attendees will be informed of the available refund, transfer or rescheduling options.

Salora Wellness cannot guarantee the security of personal belongings left unattended.

Nothing in this clause limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. The Salora Daily Wellness Planner

The Salora Daily Wellness Planner is currently being developed and may be promoted before it becomes available for purchase.

Joining the planner waitlist:

  • does not constitute a purchase;

  • does not guarantee availability;

  • does not reserve a particular item;

  • does not guarantee a specific launch date; and

  • does not create an obligation to purchase.

Waitlist subscribers may receive early access, launch information or other updates where they have agreed to receive such communications.

If pre-orders are introduced, any specific pre-order terms will be displayed before payment is made.

15. Product Orders

When Salora Wellness products become available for online purchase, product pages will provide relevant information including:

  • product descriptions;

  • pricing;

  • availability;

  • delivery options; and

  • any applicable additional terms.

Submitting an order represents an offer to purchase the relevant item.

An order will be considered accepted once Salora Wellness issues confirmation, subject to applicable law.

If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and provide the appropriate remedy, which may include a refund.

16. Pricing

Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed by Salora Wellness are stated in South African Rand (ZAR).

Where applicable, delivery charges or additional fees will be disclosed before checkout.

Prices for future purchases may change without notice.

Price changes will not normally affect purchases that have already been confirmed, subject to rights available under applicable law.

17. Payments

Online payments may be processed by secure third-party payment providers.

By making a payment through a third-party provider, you may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.

Salora Wellness is not responsible for technical interruptions affecting independent third-party payment services, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

18. Delivery of Physical Products

When physical products become available, delivery terms will be provided during the ordering process or through a separate Shipping & Returns Policy.

Delivery information may include:

  • delivery areas;

  • delivery charges;

  • estimated delivery periods; and

  • courier arrangements.

Unless expressly guaranteed, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Your statutory rights relating to delivery remain unaffected.
